My Client is a Large Construction company with offices throughout the UK.
Due to several new and ongoing projects, they currently have an opportunities available for a Senior Architectural Technician to work with them in St Albans.

The Requirements for the position are as follows

• BIAT CIOB HNC or HND or BSC degree in Architectural Technology
• Demonstrable project running abilities
• Technically competent and CAD literate
• Knowledge of legislation and Building Regulations

Day to day responsibilities

• Detail design / CAD information and specifications
• Project administration
• Design Management

Background

• Private practice Developer or Construction Company
• Working within a multi discipline team either individually or as part of a team
• Medium / large projects in leisure education commercial retail and residential

You must be articulate enthusiastic and possess good IT skills

You will be trained to work in 3d Revit but previous experience using the software is highly advantageous.

Senior candidates must demonstrate a good technical knowledge and be highly conversant with building regulations and the current legislations.

All nationalities considered however it is preferable that you have UK experience.
