GC Project Management

A ‘one stop shop' for the projects the company handles, whether management, design, construction or hotel operations. There is, therefore, a very short decision making chain. All employees are expected to work as part of the team while taking responsibility for their own segments.

Based beside the London Eye, the office is barely 200m from the site, giving everyone the chance to see the site developing every hour. The nearest stations are Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross or Victoria, all within a ten minute walk.

The offices comprise a core staff of approximately forty with many more based on site and around the world. The team is truly international, working with Consultants and sub-contractors from the UK to Israel and China.

We employ the best staff, looking to create buildings of excellence from the initial design to final operation.

The group has operated in London for 10years now and the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza is the 7^th hotel in the UK, the 5^th hotel in London and 25^th in Europe.

The company's turnover is in excess of 60 million pounds per year and rising swiftly.

Current project - Westminster Bridge Park Plaza

With 2 ½ years before completion, construction has begun on this hotel, one of the most exciting developments in London.

Located on the south side of Westminster Bridge, overlooking the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, a stone's throw from the London Eye,

This project is in the region of £300 million.

This is a contemporary fifteen storey hotel with over nine hundred luxury rooms and apartments, two restaurants, gymnasium and pool combined with one of London's largest conference venues (over one thousand four hundred square metres).

This hotel incorporates an eco friendly approach including an on site water bottling ‘factory', triple glazed, energy retaining cladding and a biomass electricity generator to allow the hotel to fulfil and produce 15% of it's own energy needs. The site will also utilise over four thousand five hundred cubic metres of concrete from the demolished GLC building.

The development of the site is a joint venture between financial investment partners Galliard Homes and Frogmore Property Company Limited.
