Needlemans have been providing construction and management consultancy services for almost 40 years and is today, one of the most respected independent companies in this field. Our primary business sectors have, over the last 20 years increasingly, but not exclusively, centered upon the transportation, energy and utilities markets where investment, both public and private is long term, socially and politically driven.

Our staff mix although substantially Q.S based also increasingly includes other professions such as engineers and economists thereby enabling a more holistic multi disciplined service offer within our commercial services management portfolio. Our professional skill set includes a specialist, almost unique knowledge and practical experience of the N.E.C suite of contracts and a niche I.T software based NEC contract management tool (CCM) increasingly used by the infrastructure market clients, consultants and contractors alike. With airport, railways, underground, highways, energy, water services and infrastructure regeneration featuring high on our work schedules it is no surprise that our list of clients include some of the biggest names in our Industry: BAA, Tubelines, CTRL, EDF Energy, West Sussex C.C Surrey C.C with whom we have had long term relationships.
